I am writing to thank you for the superb work you recently performed on my 1985 Pontiac for rates as reasonable as they come. But none of this is news; you have been doing right by my family for years. Given the increasing difficulty of finding an auto repair shop that is not out to make a killing first and do a good job second, your willingness to spend so much time making sure my old but much-needed clunker stays on the road is all the more impressive.

These guys are straight shooters. It's truly unique these days to call a place and have a real person answer the phone - not only do they answer in person, they tell me to bring my car in at my convenience and actually begin working on it on the same day. Nine times out of ten my car is gone with in 24-48 hours. And work is done right. Prices have always been fair and reasonable. Master Auto is big enough to fix my car issues like the dealers, but priced better and give me personal attention a dealership just can't provide. My thoughts are " two thumbs up! ".
